The kid was whining all throughout the photo session. Mom seemed okay with it. Santa was not impressed.

Lots of girls from Etobicoke and Oakville like to come to the Eaton Centre. For those not from Toronto, that is a very long distance to travel just to peruse the mediocre offerings of Hollister and Coach. Kids these days...

The mall is comprised of three levels, which are all exposed down the centre. So you can draw people from every angle. Also, it's packed so nobody even notices what you're doing. (Except for the woman on the bottom right.)

This business man is very angry. The mall is close to lots of office towers, so you see a lot of angry business men sipping Starbucks and yamerring on their Blackberries. Gotta love it!

Oh ya, and I did an interview for WhoHub about Illustration. Check it out!
Especially love the Mum and Santa sketch!!!
ReplyDeleteNice sketches Tabitha...I find the Eaton Center to be one giant bad vibe:)
ReplyDeleteThe North Cali road trip was great, we saw San Francisco, Berkley (where we stayed in an amazing house on top of the Berkley Hills for 3 nights), the Red Woods, The Sequoia Trees, and experienced a somewhat haunted last day full of car accidentS, cows and dark strangers. Mmmmhmmm.
It was really cool to see you at CTN!
It's weird, everyone seems to hate the Eaton Centre but I love it. Probably because I love Toronto tourists. And I also have a fondness for large suburban families who "daytrip downtown".
ReplyDeleteYa CTN was great, I definitely wanna go next year with a TABLE! Hopefully!
